Return & Refund Policy

At LEON BAGS, we strive to deliver every order in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or your order is missing any item(s), we are here to help.

Eligible Cases for Return & Refund

Returns or refunds will only be accepted in the following situations:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • One or more items are missing from your order.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for any other reason.

Proof Required (Mandatory)

To process any return or refund request, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The package should been shown clearly from all sides before opening (including the shipping label).
  • The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
  • If the product is damaged, the damage must be clearly visible.
  • If any item is missing, all received items must be counted clearly in the video. The total number of items shown must not match the quantity mentioned in your order.

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Time to Report

Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Verification Process

After receiving your complaint and proof, our team will verify the details. If the claim is found to be genuine, we will:

  • Provide a replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method 

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordering the wrong product.
  • Minor color or packaging variations.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Claims made without a valid unboxing video.
  • Edited, incomplete, or unclear videos.

Refund Processing Time

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
